My room here was really nice, had everything I needed, and was a good size. It even had its own bathroom which was a big plus. I found the kitchen to be quite handy, I made use of the utensils and hotplates 🍳.

The studio apartment we stayed in had a washing machine and a bathroom, and it was great value for money with the added convenience of a toaster, cooktop, and kitchenware.

I was impressed with the attention to detail at Suzakukan Suzaku Crossing. The room had clear instructions in English for all the facilities, and even included a separate area for the washing machine and sink, reminiscent of a professional dressing room. The small kitchen was well-equipped and even had foldable combs among the toiletries. I also appreciated the touch of having a unique wallpaper in each room, with an explanation on the opposite wall. The iron in the wardrobe was a pleasant surprise, leaving my clothes perfectly pressed. The hotel provided umbrellas for guests, and I found the map they gave me upon check-in extremely helpful for exploring Kyoto. The option to rent bicycles was a nice touch as well. I had a delightful stay at Suzakukan Suzaku Crossing and would definitely recommend it.

Clean, small hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed bright and fairly quiet rooms and informative staff. Its location at a walking distance from a cyprus-wood castle was marvelous.

Hotel provided loads of useful information on things to do. The staff was resourceful and helped us reserve tables to restaurants with Japanese-only reservation policies. The room was modern with all the facilities we needed, including a kitchen and washing machine. They even had foldable combs among the toiletries!
All was perfect.
